Our house-made lemonade infused with fresh rosemary. A recipe we stole from Cafe' Flora in Seattle, and (although they deny it) turns out the stole it from The Herb Farm in Issaquah.

Our house-made tonic is made with Peruvian red cinchona bark, lemon, lime, bitter orange peel, lemongrass, cardamom, and other spices.
House-Made Ginger Beer
Ginger Beer, as opposed to Ginger Ale, uses a much higher content of ginger; giving it more kick. Our recipe uses over 1 pound of fresh ginger per gallon. Lemon peel, fresh lemon juice, Kafir lime leaves, fresh thyme and cane sugar round out the flavor.

Cast iron skillet baked dark chocolate brownie served warm with vanilla bean ice cream, crumbled English toffee, fudge sauce, and a hazelnut tuile cookie.

I had a delicious thin-crust potato and sausage pizza, great hit with the balsamic vinegarette sauce (lunch special). Family shared the Chicago-style pepperoni, adding sausage, they liked it, not loved it, for the cost and preferred a softed bottom. NA drink selection was plentiful and my NA cocktail was flavorful and rich (44). Overall great place for a lunch deal and meal and lovely service.

We liked almost everything about this little place in Bellingham. They served us some hot garlic bread and pizza, and both tasted great. The host/waiter were courteous and answered our questions to tailor our needs.

We had such a great experience! Our waitress, Paloma, was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and truly made our visit even better. The service was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Paloma, for such a wonderful experience!
