Enjoyed the Margarita flat bread as an appetizer, fish & chips for my meal. The food was great but the service was a bit slow. I will go back, just don't be in a rush.
Went in for dinner last night (6/16) ordered the fish and chips, saw they had garlic fries and asked if I could make my side of fries garlic fries… the waitress instead of going to ask, simply said “uh no” I was confused because they had it on the menu under sides.. thought maybe I’d get an up charge which is fine… My boyfriend ordered a panini with fries. When our food was brought out, he had garlic fries when he didn’t even ask for them…but I couldn’t have them with my fish? What the heck. This is my favorite place for brunch with my girlfriends. We will take our business elsewhere now…service was awful waitress rolled her eyes and was snotty. Food was great, which is why this is unfortunate to me.
My wife and I really enjoy coming here. The food is very good, local brew is on tap and the service is good. We were particularly impressed recently on a Friday evening during dinner time with our server who was really hustling to serve all the tables in a very efficient manner. She had to deal with a table of very rude people and handled the situation with maturity and poise that was amazing.
We’re new to the area and this is one of our favorite spots to eat at! Food has been very good each time we’ve visited. We’ve only gone for lunch, but plan on visiting for breakfast/dinner. A nice spot to take the family. We enjoy playing the supplied board games while we wait for our food. I wish they had better (non alcoholic) drink selections though. Service is a little slow, but they’re always nice and friendly. It’s never too busy either.
Made a reservation her e for Mother's Day dinner with my older teen daughters and my husband and it was a lovely meal. My girls first jokingly asked if we were going to Applebees since the two restaurants share a parking lot. Once we went inside you wouldn't even know it was next to Applebees. The food choices provided a little bit of everything for our family's varied tastes (can't speak to allergenic foods though). They were missing a few dinner options but it was a Sunday evening and understandable. They had great suggestions for substitutes. When trying to decide which wine to pair with my meal they offered me a small tasting flight with five options to and made all the difference in my final choice. Loved the aesthetics of Latitude as well. Thanks for being a part of our family time together!
I think this restaurant has a lot of potential but they were not prepared for Mother's Day rush of guests. We witnessed a lot of tables getting up and leaving even before getting their drinks and it was busier by the time we left. There were only 3 staff members working that day. One chef and 2 servers and I felt really bad for them. I could tell that they were honestly doing everything they could but it was just too much for 3 people. This isn't their fault, it's management's fault for not setting the team up for success on a holiday. The restaurant is beautiful inside and out and we enjoyed the food. We were patient and didn't mind waiting but other patrons were not and we did hear the server tell a table with 4 kids that they were out of pancakes and it would only about 9:45 AM. We will try the place again but I hope they staff holidays better. The staff was nice and they were great but we felt bad for them.
We love bringing our family here on Sundays when kids eat free with every $15 spent. The food is good and the atmosphere is very casual which is great for a family with young kids. The only issue is the service. They are understaffed which makes service take a while. But this is not the fault of any of the servers, who try their hardest to make everything as smooth as possible.
Went for valentine dinner. They did an amazing job. Food was great. The server went out of her way to help us. They did an amazing job decorating for it. Thanks for the good evening.
The best thing we ordered were the deep fried pickles. After that, not so much. My husband ordered bolognese and when he received it it was a creamy, cheesy pasta dish with no meat. I told the server that bolognese sauce is usually a red meat sauce. She said the meat is probably underneath and she said, “I'm not the chef.” My pesto pasta was a gooey mess with dry, hard chicken. My friend had a chicken sandwich and the chicken was so dry she couldn't eat it. On the bright side, the desserts were all delicious. The reason we chose this restaurant (we were visiting from out of state) was because they took reservations. Silly! We walked in and gave them our name and they just said, “sit anywhere.” What a disappointing way to spend my birthday.
Excellent burgers. This isn't fast food, but they do have a drive thru! You can chill in your car while they prepare your food, which was perfect for my visit. Will definitely return to try more of the menu

We had a late breakfast (11:30 am) and had two different eggs Benedict’s (traditional and latitude)- yum!! Cooked perfectly! Nummy coffee & tea, too since it was snowing out. We saw lots of yummy warm cocktails too for next time. Beautiful relaxing space with lots of windows. Will be back!
We went for my birthday party and Crystal was amazing! We had reserved the upstairs loft and it was more than enough space! The drinks were delicious, I had the Strawberry Gin Fizz. For apps I got the deep fried pickles. Holy cow they were amazing. They make their own pickles and the texture and batter were perfect. With just a tad spice. For dinner I had the half rack of ribs with the Carolina Gold, they were so tender they fell off the bone. And the fries were so crisp.I'll definitely be there again!
Excellent service, food was great definitely had a homemade appeal. Prices were very reasonable. Lots of seating indoor and out. I'll definitely be back to try some more items on the menu. My eggs Benedict was super on point.
Vegetarian options: Lots of options without meat
Kid-friendliness: Lots of table games for the kids to stay entertained.
Dietary restrictions: They seemed happy to comply with one of our parties special dietary needs.
Warning - If you have dietary restrictions, make sure you ask what's in the dish you're ordering. I am lactose intolerant and purposely ordered a wrap that did not come with cheese according to the menu description. Then I realized halfway through eating that it came with shredded cheddar cheese inside. It's a shame because otherwise I loved the atmosphere and the food did taste good. Thankfully I only have some tummy cramps today, but this could be a very dangerous inconsistency if something like this happened to someone with a severe allergy.
Had brunch with Fiancé. Food was excellent. A little slower than many places because it is all made from scratch when ordered. There are Games on the tables to play as you wait for your food. Great food and great atmosphere.
