Enjoyed the Margarita flat bread as an appetizer, fish & chips for my meal. The food was great but the service was a bit slow. I will go back, just don't be in a rush.

Went in for dinner last night (6/16) ordered the fish and chips, saw they had garlic fries and asked if I could make my side of fries garlic fries… the waitress instead of going to ask, simply said “uh no” I was confused because they had it on the menu under sides.. thought maybe I’d get an up charge which is fine… My boyfriend ordered a panini with fries. When our food was brought out, he had garlic fries when he didn’t even ask for them…but I couldn’t have them with my fish? What the heck. This is my favorite place for brunch with my girlfriends. We will take our business elsewhere now…service was awful waitress rolled her eyes and was snotty. Food was great, which is why this is unfortunate to me.

My wife and I really enjoy coming here. The food is very good, local brew is on tap and the service is good. We were particularly impressed recently on a Friday evening during dinner time with our server who was really hustling to serve all the tables in a very efficient manner. She had to deal with a table of very rude people and handled the situation with maturity and poise that was amazing.

Amazing service by Kody - professional, friendly and helpful. Great food! Chef is impressive.

So rude before we were even served. The server yelled at us for borrowing a chair and told me to GET UP! We heard the management was terrible but chose to ignore that. Do not give them the time of day. When we went back in to complain she "the manager" would not even listen to us.

Food was overcooked. Slow service. I went there for brunch with a friend in the server said that they were out of hashbrowns which is fine, but said that there would be an up charge for fruit? My bacon was burnt and they gave me the wrong eggs Benedict.

Went here the other day & the experience was 8/10, came here with my boyfriend & his family today & it was a dramatic change of service. There was a huge brick holding the door open in which my boyfriends uncle badly stubbed his toes, we brought it to the servers attention & her immediate response was "Well, you're the first person to ever have an issue with that", essentially insulting him rather than informing management or offering any kind of aid. Afterwards, we never saw the server again. We ordered food with a different girl & our food took an hour for 2 entrees & 30 minutes more for 2 more breakfast entrees & when they arrived the side potatoes were burned... Not to mention the table after us had received their food first. Overall, the service here is inconsistent & I definitely wouldn't risk going when you're hungry.

We’re new to the area and this is one of our favorite spots to eat at! Food has been very good each time we’ve visited. We’ve only gone for lunch, but plan on visiting for breakfast/dinner. A nice spot to take the family. We enjoy playing the supplied board games while we wait for our food. I wish they had better (non alcoholic) drink selections though. Service is a little slow, but they’re always nice and friendly. It’s never too busy either.

Made a reservation her e for Mother's Day dinner with my older teen daughters and my husband and it was a lovely meal. My girls first jokingly asked if we were going to Applebees since the two restaurants share a parking lot. Once we went inside you wouldn't even know it was next to Applebees. The food choices provided a little bit of everything for our family's varied tastes (can't speak to allergenic foods though). They were missing a few dinner options but it was a Sunday evening and understandable. They had great suggestions for substitutes. When trying to decide which wine to pair with my meal they offered me a small tasting flight with five options to and made all the difference in my final choice. Loved the aesthetics of Latitude as well. Thanks for being a part of our family time together!

I think this restaurant has a lot of potential but they were not prepared for Mother's Day rush of guests. We witnessed a lot of tables getting up and leaving even before getting their drinks and it was busier by the time we left. There were only 3 staff members working that day. One chef and 2 servers and I felt really bad for them. I could tell that they were honestly doing everything they could but it was just too much for 3 people. This isn't their fault, it's management's fault for not setting the team up for success on a holiday. The restaurant is beautiful inside and out and we enjoyed the food. We were patient and didn't mind waiting but other patrons were not and we did hear the server tell a table with 4 kids that they were out of pancakes and it would only about 9:45 AM. We will try the place again but I hope they staff holidays better. The staff was nice and they were great but we felt bad for them.

We have enjoyed going to Latitude but our last visit ruined that for us. There were only a few parties when we arrived. More than enough help but we were ignored for 15minutes before being helped. Once we ordered, it took an inordinate amount of time to get our appetizer, even though we could seeing it ready and sitting in the kitchen. The help just was standing around talking to each other. It appears to be a management problem. We will not be returning as we just found out our friends had a similar negative experience.

Came back to try some more lunch options! We got the bacon cheeseburger which my son has voted as the best bacon cheeseburger he has ever had, chicken melt and a side of garlic Parmesan fries. We haven't been disappointed with anything we have ever gotten from here. The service was absolutely amazing! Our server was quick and helpful while still being friendly and everyone else was jumping in so everyone was taken care of. Great team work. We already are planning our next time!

They have a great staff. Very friendly and helpful. But we were just not impressed with the food. I think we will go back as we like to go for a second try.

The absolute best strawberry margaritas ever! They have happy hour from 330-6 and it is great!! Only beer is included which stinks but the appetizers are on sale and they are really good. We loved the fried pickles and jalapeño queso and chips. Fish tacos were just ok. Excellent service and nice open clean ambience. Easy on and off the freeway with ample parking.

We love bringing our family here on Sundays when kids eat free with every $15 spent. The food is good and the atmosphere is very casual which is great for a family with young kids. The only issue is the service. They are understaffed which makes service take a while. But this is not the fault of any of the servers, who try their hardest to make everything as smooth as possible.
