Lighthouse Bar & Grill offers a lovely dining experience with a jazz band and stunning views in Bellingham. The portions might be small for the price, but the food, like the Cashew stuffed Romesco and smoked tuna salad, was delicious. They have reasonably priced bottled wines on the menu. The elegant yet unpretentious ambiance makes it perfect for special occasions, according to one diner. The staff is friendly and attentive, like Adam, who provided excellent service. However, a Mother's Day visit revealed a mandatory buffet without prior notice, disappointing some guests. While the Prime rib and prawn cocktail stood out, the egg's benedict and overcooked salmon were underwhelming. The flexibility with the buffet and the pricing could be improved for a more enjoyable experience at Lighthouse Bar & Grill.
