Incredible old building in downtown Bellingham with a standout coffee shop on the “grind” floor. Large open seating in the main room with loft style second floor seating along the edges with great views of the main floor below or the sidewalks outside through the two-story floor-to-ceiling windows along the front. Great coffee and breakfast treats.
Cute, expansive shop. Cinnamon roll was good. Chorizo burrito was very good.
Coffee was excellent. Jhon Rodriguez Finca Rio Negra (Columbia) drip was excellent value, as it was better than a pour over at most other shops.

I love this place but the aesthetic of it drives my friends insane, so I usually go alone. I can’t say I blame them, it gives gentrified Portland 2016 tumblr vibes. The thing is, the space is huge and beautiful, and I love the tall ceilings and the workspace tables they have. They also make very good coffee/drinks, and the staff is top notch.
