The service here sucks regularly rude and if you go inside to avoid drive through lines you end up waiting just as long or longer then you would in the drive through. The employees will literally ignore that your standing at the counter for 20 min so they can get their drive thru orders out.

Everytime I come here something is messed up in my order. This time I got a number 2 which is a SAUSAGE egg McMuffin not a ham McMuffin. They need to get their act together. I’ve worked at McDonald’s for 3 years before and at least we could read the order correctly. Even checked my receipt this morning and it sure did say sausage.

They keep getting my meal wrong. They forgot the McFlurry and mcchicken I ordered today and yesterday. I threw up after eating a number one meal smh. The only reason there staying afloat is because of Good Christian, Ryan, and Alex. Hire Dylan Thomas if you want better quality.

They literally never get any orders right and tonight is no different. I ordered 2 2 cheeseburger meals and none of them had cheese. It completely ruined the meal for me. Not much of a reason to complain about this part but we both ordered medium meals and somehow still got different sizes of fries. I genuinely enjoy McDonald's and would order so much more often if I wasn't plagued by thinking they are going to screw it up every time.

Ordered through the app to SAMISH WAY, had a friend go pick it up for me since I’m stuck at work, and they tell him “sorry he ordered though meridian not us so you have to go there or cancel and reorder” which makes 0 sense cause im staring at 112 SAMISH WAY on my mcdicks app.
Managed to mess up every item in every order for like 5 visits in a row. All the while we can hear them gossiping about who’s a better manager…. Straight up embarrassing. Figure it out…
