This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They routinely leave out items from delivery orders, make customers wait in the lobby while all their staff focuses on drive-thru, and accept orders through the app they refuse to fulfill after payment has been made because they are too lazy to stick to their reported hours. Anyone who spends a dime at this micky d’s deserves the poor service and stale fries they will undoubtedly get, if they are lucky to be served at all. Barbara Johnson runs an incompetent franchise.

After waiting over 30 mins. In line,no where close to the menu so we could have pre-selected, we had to ask for a few mins. The manager screamed at me for not being ready!! At the window she was horribly rude and flipped me off!

They never give you monopoly pieces with your food, you always have to go back and ask for them 4 days in a row! They don't tell you when they are out and until your already ordered food and leaving.. Why advertise something if the employees aren't gonna give them to you.

This McDonald’s ignores people ordering in the lobby like it’s the plague. Whether you’re ordering, picking up an order, or just asking for help, its service is the worst. They’ll flat out walk past you several times without acknowledging you standing at the register

This McDonalds has an amazing morning crew. Every time I decide to get breakfast I have a kind drive thru attendant. I know McDonald’s is supposed to have the most formulaic impossible to make taste different food, but we all know some locations find a way to make things weird. This location always makes the food the way you crave it to be. I’ve been going here for a few months at this point and if I try a different location I always miss Samish Way. I hope the team gets a bonus or pizza party or whatever corporate can do. They work hard and make my day better.

Husband ordered a 40 piece mcnugget he only got 20, he ordered a large chocolate shake no whipped cream, they put whipped cream on it. I ordered the chicken snack wrap meal, asked for extra cheese on the wraps, I didn't get it. We will not be going back to this location ever again grrrrrrrrrr.
