I ordered through the app(curbside pickup). Wait time was about 15 minutes. Employee to delivered was rude.Didn't get all my ordered items. Contacted customer service. Who advised me money will be refunded in 10-14 days. But still not refunded. But got an email from supervisor so they can offer me coupon for 2 free meals. I didn't accept.app deleted!!

i’m so done with this mcdonald’s . it’s the only one i live close too and they constantly mess my order up even when i order 2 things they can’t get it right no matter if they’re busy or not, i asked for a mc chicken and a large fry and they charged me for a mcdouble. my burger wasn’t even together when i opened it up, this place needs to get better fr.
