Went yesterday for the first time in several years. Won't be back. Unfortunate because it used to be a good place. This time we ordered two small cups, one with chocolate and vanilla swirl, which squirted out some sort of liquid BEFORE shooting out the yogurt....filled less than half full. The other, plain vanilla with even less yogurt in the small cup....no toppings on either. Get to check out.....almost $9.00 and then I was asked to tip minimum 15%. Wasn't even going to take the card IF I didn't tip UNTIL I said NO. NEITHER cup tasted good and much was thrown away. Major rip off and I don't know IF it has new owners BUT I am DONE.

Decent frozen yogurt but disappointed to see they still use disposable plastic spoons that 99% of people are tossing in the trash after their first use (also, Bellingham has an ordinance against single use plastic…). Other small businesses have made the switch to compostable - why haven’t they done the same?? To claim they are reusable is a joke. I can’t support a business that creates such a monumental amount of plastic waste.

I only like to get the cake batter flavor but since the summertime when I’ve been coming, it is more yellow when it should be white, and the consistency is not as creamy which changes the taste. I’ve asked a worker and they said that’s how it’s supposed to be, which isn’t my experience. I won’t buy it like That and it’s a waste of my guest and energy And gas to come check it myself. It’s unfortunate bc i really do like frozen yogurt. when it’s made good it’s perfection.

Sure it's pretty good but the place is ALWAYS sticky. I sit outside due to that and only come because my kids will insist. I'll be finding a new place.

How can you go wrong with froyo at Menchie's? The gals working were SUPER awesome as we showed up 10 min before closing time and they totally welcomed us in and didn't grumble at all. So nice to experience such friendly smiles and hospitality. Thank you!
We just ordered a 1/4 sheet birthday cake for our daughter and we were thrilled with the selection experience & options as well as the outcome. We went in in person and she was able to select vanilla or chocolate cake base, two frozen yoghurt options, plus sauce and special toppings. They also have a book of ideas to choose from for decoration. We pulled the cake out 15 minutes in advance and it was the perfect consistency for cutting. The kids loved the cake - many asked for seconds. We will definitely order again!

I was happy to see a sugar-free selection and a vegan selection among the options. (I'm vegetarian, not vegan, but still happy to see that the vegans have something available to them.) Also the easy availability of sample cups is a plus, compared to other self-serve yogurt places that are very stingy and hand them out one by one. My favorite concoction is classic tart + chocolate ice cream, topped with graham crackers, crushed oreos, and nuts. Yum! Service has been friendly and prompt during my three visits.
