How can you go wrong with froyo at Menchie's? The gals working were SUPER awesome as we showed up 10 min before closing time and they totally welcomed us in and didn't grumble at all. So nice to experience such friendly smiles and hospitality. Thank you!

We just ordered a 1/4 sheet birthday cake for our daughter and we were thrilled with the selection experience & options as well as the outcome. We went in in person and she was able to select vanilla or chocolate cake base, two frozen yoghurt options, plus sauce and special toppings. They also have a book of ideas to choose from for decoration. We pulled the cake out 15 minutes in advance and it was the perfect consistency for cutting. The kids loved the cake - many asked for seconds. We will definitely order again!

I was happy to see a sugar-free selection and a vegan selection among the options. (I'm vegetarian, not vegan, but still happy to see that the vegans have something available to them.) Also the easy availability of sample cups is a plus, compared to other self-serve yogurt places that are very stingy and hand them out one by one. My favorite concoction is classic tart + chocolate ice cream, topped with graham crackers, crushed oreos, and nuts. Yum! Service has been friendly and prompt during my three visits.

Visiting my daughter in WA she took her kids and I to Menchie's. I've never been before and I was so impressed by the flavor of the yogurt but also just the whole experience. My three Grandsons got taster cups and after their tastes they made their choice. We sat outside and enjoyed our yogurt. I got the peanut butter which was so much better than the typical Yogurtland peanut butter. Definitely will be back.
I’m not a fan of business’s that blatantly lie to their customers. This is a sign that says that they are out of sample cups on August 14th, 2024 evening. I have been here many times and never seen sample cups ever, how can one be so unlucky. Statistically speaking it’s probably less than 5%. Just tell them you don’t do samples at all? I’m not sure what corporate policy is and I don’t know if you’re following it or not.
I’m not sure how much sample cups cost but I’m more than happy to reach out to your supplier and pay for sample cups for you. A $100 donation, feel free to leave your email so we can get in touch. If not that I can buy them and drop them off.
Outside of that the taste is great as expected by any franchised location of Menchie’s held to a high standard.

I highly recommend their cakes. I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s b day party. They did an amazing job! The image we emailed blended seamlessly into the cake. We thought it was going to have rainbow sprinkles, but they actually matched the colors of sprinkles to the design. That attention to detail was such a nice touch. And the cake tasted amazing!
