Really like MIX, a LOT! I've been to the Barkley location and downtown, and I really like having a quick, fresh and delicious lunch option. All the salads are delicious, but my favorite is definitely the Nacho Libre, it's a taco salad but better. The chicken is all fresh sliced breast with fresh greens and lots of delicious toppings. Best soup I think I've ever eaten (Portabello and leek with truffle salt-amazing!!) and the service was wonderful. Very friendly and warm staff and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back!
The fresh salads and sandwiches are tasty and they have options to fit every dietary need. The hidden gem is the people behind the counter who are both kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!
