Loved stumbling upon this hidden gem! The salad was so fresh and yummy, while the grilled cheese was hot and crunchy! If I lived locally, I would go to this place regularly.

The fresh salads and sandwiches are tasty and they have options to fit every dietary need. The hidden gem is the people behind the counter who are both kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Really like MIX, a LOT! I've been to the Barkley location and downtown, and I really like having a quick, fresh and delicious lunch option. All the salads are delicious, but my favorite is definitely the Nacho Libre, it's a taco salad but better. The chicken is all fresh sliced breast with fresh greens and lots of delicious toppings. I really like the crispy jalapeí±os and the dried ones, they've got a little bit of a chew, and a little heat, without the acidity if pickled ones, which I prefer. I like how quick they are and every time I come in the staff are super friendly. Definitely give them a try!

Best soup I think I've ever eaten (Portabello and leek with truffle salt-amazing!!) and the service was wonderful. Very friendly and warm staff and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back!

Recently stopped in for a quick lunch and absolutely loved it! I wanted something light and Mix seemed like the perfect spot. I was immediately drawn by all of the healthy options on the menu. If it isn't already hard enough to choose just one thing from the list of regular salads, they also offer mixwiches (salad stuff into a warm flatbread) and hot broth bowls. It's too bad I'm not in Bellingham very often because I'd be here all the time to try everything! I ended up getting the falafel dream and asked for additional chicken. It was everything I wanted in a salad tied together with a bright, creamy tzatiki sauce. My original plan was to dine in but the lovely staff here were so attentive and offered to put my salad in a takeout bowl instead after they noticed me checking my watch several times. I don't love all the packaging that comes with take outs but everything was compostable-- even the plastic bag!! Mix continued to impress me as I ate and watched their staff greet both new and regular customers alike with super warm welcomes. Also super cool how they partner with local food businesses for salad ingredients. My one small suggestion for improvement would be to wipe down tables between customers; there were just a few pieces of someone else's salad at mine when I sat down. Have I convinced you to come here for your next meal yet? I also grabbed a matcha rice krispie on my way out (because I have no self control when it comes to dessert) and it was a delightful treat for my drive back to Seattle. Tasted like a giant matcha flavored kitkat bar and I didn't care to share it with anyone ... worth the calories fo sho.

We were looking for something healthy other than sandwiches and had lunch here the other day. I got the Curry Rice Bowl and my son got the Nacho Libre; both delicious! The full size salad is easily two meals.

This used to be our favorite new spot until recently...they completely changed the whole menu and got rid of their mixwitches. So we decided to try the chicken pesto sandwich and were severely disappointed. The bread was good, but then again that's all you could taste since the sandwich only had a centimeter layer of chicken and veggies on it. I wish i was exaggerating. Unfortunately, we probably won't be going back.

Food exceeded my expectations. Truly delicious! Definitely try the Nacho Libre.

I had a super yummy steak salad at the downtown location. The regular was more than enough food, only $11! They have vegetarian, vegan and GF options. And they have yummy looking soups with lots of fresh vegge, what a great idea for Bellingham!

Went to the Barkley location. It was $38 for two large salads one with the chicken and one with tofu and an IPA. Way too expensive For what we received.

I was so excited to try this place out. It was a little hard for me to find, but was glad I finally found it and got to try it out. Mix offers lots of fresh options for salads, and tried the Warm Winter Salad with Chicken and Green Hibiscus Iced Tea. For a pricy salad, I wish it would have had more chicken, but had quinoa and was very filling. I would have liked soup, but they are updating their soup options and wasn't a fan of what selections they had. This place is great to check out; very casual, fresh options but wasn't "wowed". However, what did wow me was their staff and service! Nicest, friendliest, sweetest people, ever! I'll go back to try out another option, just because of how nice they were!

Totally stoked that Mix moved into my neighborhood. Delicious fresh and healthy food. I tried the falafel dream today and it was perfect. I will be frequenting mix and looking forward to trying their whole menu.

Soup looked delightful but was cold. We asked to have it heated. We soon discovered it was way too salty to eat and not what we expected in an entree'. Our salad had the toppings on top but somewhat limited and began treasure hunting on the bottom but no avail. We were disappointed.

On a warm sunny spring day, I want something fresh, refreshing, and yummy! Let me tell you that I found a gem of a place in this recently opened place, MIX on Holly Street! Wow! Fresh selection, vibrant ingredients and flavor, flavor, flavor. Perfect for Carnivores, Vegetarians, and Vegans alike. Salads, soups and even a Pita Wrap if your feeling sandwich-y. Highly recommended!

The service was good and fast - brought to the table after ordering. Nice on-tap beer selection. Super fresh, light ingredients. I'm a big pozole fan, and it was OK not great, kinda bland. The Nacho Libre was good though. The fried jalapenos hit the spot. We'll def be back!
