Birria tocos good but carne asada were dry. The meat a bit overcooked and not as fresh as it could be. They need to cook smaller batches to keep that “ just cooked” taste.
We ate inside. They only gave us a few chips, but that's okay.

Mi Rancho used to be one of my favourite spots, especially when they had their iconic $1 taco deal. It was the reason so many people would make the trip, and it was an amazing value that introduced a lot of people to the restaurant.
