New Public Vegan Food Truck

Perfect combination of flavors. Ask for the jalapeño relish if you’re into that, but perfect without. They could sell that sauce of theirs for gold bars.

We have tried a lot of vegan cheeseburgers - New Public is easily the best we have had! and those Carne Asada Fries - oh my! Went twice in 2 days. Can't wait to return.

LOVE their subs — super saucy and packed! The seitan is amazing. They also will branch out into other cuisine sometimes, so keep an eye out for that.

This "truck" puts out some outstanding vegan food. Their seitan is one of the best I've ever had and the cheesy sauce is addictive. Wish they still had the French Dip, and will look forward to its return. Super happy that they are offering a TG pick up meal.

Delicious and filling! If you want to try both options (buffalo or cheesesteak), she will combine them into one Sammie, which I highly recommend!

I’ve had Sammies more times than I can count, and I am never disappointed. The only drawback is that they don’t have a brick and mortar to explore more menu items! You can’t go wrong with any of their options, though. The traditional cheesesteak is amazing, as is the Buffalo cheesesteak. I haven’t had the tacos, but I’ve heard they’re excellent too. Please visit them at Wander, Paws, the farmer’s market, or wherever they may be stationed!

I thought I didn't want anything for lunch but my husband got the cheese steak sammie and I took a "nibble" and then I ate most of it.

Anna's food is absolutely out of this world 🌎 D'lish. I wish I could afford to hire her to just cook for me everyday. 1000% recommend

Kids veggie burger was good, and come south juice and a treat, but the dragon bowl was super bland.

Fantastic burger! Side salad was fresh and delicious and worth the upgrade. Got my order in before the rush and it was ready in no time. I love that there are so many options and I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

Anna has an amazingly clean food truck. She obviously cares about sending out quality meals to her customers. The burgers and fries were very tasty. We will definitely stop by again to say hi and grab some good grub!

We had the Gyro Fries… they were AMAZING! I’m a carnivore… and I absolutely loved the vegan chicken in this dish. The flavors were so fresh and authentic! You can taste the passion in this dish.Keep doing what you do!
