I come here fairly often, and usually the drinks come out well, but the last two times I've found small bits of plastic (strawberry taro swirl) or unfiltered tea leaves (classic milk tea) in my drinks. Even after asking them to remake it I still had tea leaves in the milk tea.
I have a bigger problem with the plastic than the leaves, but it's upsetting knowing there could be bits of plastic I don't catch in a drink I paid $9 for.

Fulfilled my bingsu craving! I'm pretty sure this is the only place in town that does it. It's more basic than places like snowy village or timeless tea in Seattle and has a smaller selection but it still good.
