There are multiple vegan tofu scrambles on the menu, clearly labeled! I got the Northwest Tofu Scramble with homefries and sourdough bread, which was quite yummy. When I ordered, the waitress also asked me (without my prompting) if I would prefer to not have butter on my bread, which I thought was very nice.
There aren't a ton of vegan options otherwise, and the upcharge for oat/soy milk is maybe the steepest I've ever seen at $1.50.
I like the vibes a lot at the cafe!...
I understand that we went on a Sunday for brunch, but we waited 20+ minutes to be seated and an additional 20+ minutes for our order to be taken. I ordered a breakfast burrito that was so messy it couldn’t be picked up. Good food, but there are equally good places in Bellingham that actually have their service figured out.
