The space felt warm, cozy and friendly from all the plants. I happily browsed most everything while standing in line. Distracted when I finally got to order yet the cashier was patient with me. Felt awkward but then I was just as awkward so it balanced out.
The bagels were slightly on the dry side. Worked okay with Bagel Bagel toppings of smear, eggs, hashborwn, etc. nice flavor that combo. Try with a bagel with distinct flavor, the toppings are mild and need a punch of flavor.
Highly recommend a visit!

I absolutely love my experience every time I go to Otherside! The bagels are some of the favorite I’ve ever had and the place itself is so cute. Employees are always really nice and welcoming which I don’t always find in cafes. It’s the perfect spot for a sweet coffee and a bagel!

Excellent Bagel, plenty of cream cheese relative to most bagelries that I've been to. The bagel itself was fluffy and not unpleasantly chewy at all. The service was very good. The establishment appears to be very popular. While seating was plentiful, plan for a line and /or a bit of a wait to get your food due to orders ahead of yours. Very worthwhile.

The herb and salt bagel is the best! I'm a New Yorker and I love these bagels. They have a gluten free option too.
