The food us usually good. But getting food here after 5 pm takes at least 30 minutes. I tried to order online expecting it to be busy so I waited 20 minutes to leave my house . I got there and they had not even printed the ticket. I don't like getting mad at staff because it is chaos in there . And I see they hire new general manager every 6 months to a year sonics probably horrible owners whondo not care . Open another one or start cooking more at one time. You have 15 people waiting for orange chicken so someone is always getting screwed. Poor management!!!!!!!

Typically get good food from here but this time was terrible. I ordered orange chicken with noodles. The noodles had very little noodles and a bunch of onions and celery. It's almost like they were low on noodles and filled it up with onions. So disappointing They filled my to-go container with all these onions and celery and a small scoop of orange chicken and peppered sirloin.

Decent food for the price, good service from the employees, but for such a busy location, sometimes having drive thru lines through their entire parking lot that generally stays pretty full. They have a horrible drive through equipment. The clearance sign is destroyed and set to the side of the Drive thru not even cleaned up, the Drive thru menu doesn't light up fully leaving the far side unreadable, they have no display on the speaker showing your order taking place. It's feels like the Owners don't care to upkeep or renovate their property, despite this location being extremely popular in Bellingham. Make it make sense, because it just looks bad

Not sure if this is a bad location or PE is going downhill in general. Every time I've eaten here I've been disappointed. I went on two separate occasions to get a limited time shrimp thing and both times they were out. Any shrimp I actually have gotten there is terrible quality. Today I got the sesame shrimp and beef, I don't eat beef but they said they can't give me all or mostly shrimp which is understandable, but then it was mostly beef, and if I hadn't intended to pick it out already, I would have because it looked pretty gross.
Almost no options if you don't eat beef/chicken (since they had orange impossible chicken for a while and stupidly never brought it back).
The service is fine and the employees are not to blame for the low quality ingredients.

As expected, clean, easy to order. They were a little behind on food, got hit super hard at dinner time and just didn't seem to have the space to keep up with the food cooking but handled it very well.

The staff on the night of 29 October, 2025 did not behave well in the face of adversity. I was standing right in the front of the line and the employees were frantically working. Not ONCE did any of four people make eye contact and tell me what was going on. I mentioned to someone else in line that I felt invisible and could they see through me? Then I mentioned that if someone would just acknowledge me it would be nice. At that point a very rude employee snapped at me, “We are working to catch up on online orders!” I asked, well about YOUR customers in the store? To which I received no reply. At least one other customer in line expressed frustration and left. For myself I decided to eat at home and just got the meals for the kids. Someone should provide remedial training in customer service to the rude staff and the one that snapped at me should probably be terminated if it’s a pattern.

I was at Panda Express on Sunset at lunchtime. Waited in the drive-up line for 5 minutes (with only 1 person ahead of me), then moved into place and waited another 3 minutes - no service. I honked my horn to try to get somebody to answer and serve me. I was told because I honked my horn I had made the employees feel uncomfortable -- and they therefore refused me service. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant under any circumstances.

They should be embarrassed. The trays they serve now are so thin you barely even get a meal. Raise costs, reduce portion size, screw over the public.

Did online ordering thinking it would be faster. Big mistake! I waited there for over 30 min while everyone in line inside and drive through got their food right away. Then I get it home to find they messed the order up. For my son's order, instead of broccoli beef they gave him grilled chicken. Do not order online from here!!!

Proportions are very, very small when I used to come here they were good For $27 I think I’d rather go somewhere else I used to come here all the time and it’s gone to crap the shrimp was not good The horses were like for a baby not an adult
