I will say I agree with the drive through taking forever within the last 2 years, it's one person taking the order and getting the food, but it should not take 10 minutes for one person. Every time I go it's one car at the speaker and one car at the window, the car at the speaker won't move until the car at the window moves. It used to take 10 minutes to get all the way through the drive-thru that had 5 cars. Either hire more people or fire the slow-pokes.
Waited in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes waiting for them to take our order. Then they forgot my drink and entrée on my order. Once I came in to get the remaining entree I had to wait and additional 10-15 min. The cook seemed to not really be there. While the other employees weee trying to compensate for her negligence. My sweet fire chicken I waited about 30 minutes or longer for came out very over cooked and crunchy. Would not recommend this cook.
As expected, clean, easy to order. They were a little behind on food, got hit super hard at dinner time and just didn't seem to have the space to keep up with the food cooking but handled it very well.
