Went in for dinner about a week ago and had the best experience! Was immediately greeted when I walked in, the cashier, Sawyer, answered my questions about what toppings were on the sandwich I wanted, and was very patient with me. Our food came out fast and was brought to our table by Sawyer. He checked on us a few minutes in and cleared our plates when we were finished. Certainly not something I’d expect from a fast food place, will definitely be coming again!

Our son has a golf tournament near Bellingham during the weekend and we visited the store afterwards. The store is very clean and their staffs are super friendly. Will definitely come back again!

We stopped by this Panera Bread after a golf tournament last Sunday. My daughter walked in with a medal around her neck, and the manager immediately noticed, congratulated her, and surprised her with a pink cookie as a gift. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm — it made our day even more special. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area!

The food was good and the people were nice. Why a low rating. We ordered two sandwiches and two salads via the drive thru.
The sandwiches were no problem as were the salads. The trouble is there were no utensils for the salads and no napkins. I know it’s an honest mistake but It’s very difficult to eat a a salad with some kind of fork. Napkins are just a bonus but a very welcome bonus all the same.
Yes, I would go back but I would encourage some additional training.

Ordered a soup and sandwich combo. Couldn't believe the price, $18. I remember the chili being better but it's not good at all. Should have gone to the grocery store for a can of chili for half the price. The sandwich, which they got wrong and unfortunately I was in the drive through. Ordered a steak sandwich and got chicken something with very little meat. It was an $8 sandwich. See photo. Absolutely will not be going back. Save your money.

I walked in, waited a long time and nobody came to the register. Finally gave up on my preferred way to order and slogged through their self service kiosk. Not impressed at all with the service. Food was expensive for the quantity.

Never coming back to this location. I spent almost $20 and left still hungry. Barely any meat on my sandwich. Very disappointed.
Ordered from kiosk, so no interaction with people required and there was no one at the register to interact with anyway. Ordered at 9:18am and got my latte about 15 minutes later. Had to wait longer for my souffle which is inedible. Pastry is hard, not flakey. There is literally no warmth from staff here. No customer service at all! Its disappointing. And it cost $15. I will just go to Starbucks next time!! I used to love Panera☹️

Ordered Mac and cheese and it came out lukewarm and coagulated as if it were reheated from a prior day. Chicken bacon ranch sandwich also barely had any chicken or bacon. Very disappointed as other Panera’s have been incredible.

Came in right after opening and had the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. The team is friendly and helpful and promptly took my order. When the manager realized it would be a couple more minutes than expected he came to inform me of that right away and offered a free pastry for the inconvenience. What a kind gesture! 5 stars all around.?
