First time back in probably over a year and a half, i stayed away because they seemed to be having a lot of issues the first year or so they were open. I think they’ve ironed out a lot of the problems that they were struggling with that ultimately hurt this locations’ reputation 😓. The service was very good this time around, and no problems with the food. This visit has definitely improved my view of this Panera location :) Also— thank you Sawyer for great service, you’re a sweetheart!!

This is a convenient place to eat. Thank food is consistent and you know what to expect. It's a step above fast food so it's never amazing, but always fresh and reliably good. Same for the atmosphere, it is not a cool contemporary Cafe, however it's comfortable and this location was very clean. The employees friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back next time on the road.

Very cute Panera with drive through made better by the excellent service! Staff is friendly and welcoming which makes an enormous difference in the perception of an establishment. Good clean food and the kitchen got the orders out perfectly. Shout out to the gentleman who took my order, your positivity is catching!

i went when they first opened and had a disappointing experience but decided to return and i’m so glad i did! i’m not sure if they have new management but my visit was amazing! they carefully packed my order in a quickly manner and were so kind! 10/10 recommend giving it another try :)

Ordered the Breakfast Benny Sandwich. It came out cold and with no Benny sauce, so I took it back and told them the sandwich was missing the key ingredient. I was then offered a side of the sauce, to which I replied, no - How about you make me a new sandwich with how it is supposed to be prepared. A few minutes later the employee returned to tell me that they actually do not have any sauce available today as they have run out of it. I then asked for a refund and have vowed to never return.

Went in for dinner about a week ago and had the best experience! Was immediately greeted when I walked in, the cashier, Sawyer, answered my questions about what toppings were on the sandwich I wanted, and was very patient with me. Our food came out fast and was brought to our table by Sawyer. He checked on us a few minutes in and cleared our plates when we were finished. Certainly not something I’d expect from a fast food place, will definitely be coming again!
