The boba, smoothies, and bubble waffles are great! The restaurant is pretty small though, so it seems like more of a get it and go kinda place (though there is seating by the windows and a nice padded seating spot in the back). This place is a chain. But they are consistent on their quality. 4 stars for service as they ran out of Boba on a Saturday afternoon and we drove all the way from Lynden to get one... They made more but we had to wait another 20 mins? Anyway... These drinks are good. Authentic.

great tea and super friendly workers! my only complaint is that the tapioca pearls are a bit too sweet for my liking, but that's just personal preference. other than that, the pearls are perfectly cooked, and the all the teas have a great flavor! I love that I can get points through the app too, so I can get a free drink every now and then :) OH AND I LOVE THE CHEESE FOAM!! SOO good on the waffles and in the tea ?
