We love this place. Highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake smoothie. Bubble waffles are excellent and so is their black tea. Staff is always friendly.
great tea and super friendly workers! my only complaint is that the tapioca pearls are a bit too sweet for my liking, but that's just personal preference. other than that, the pearls are perfectly cooked, and the all the teas have a great flavor! I love that I can get points through the app too, so I can get a free drink every now and then :) OH AND I LOVE THE CHEESE FOAM!! SOO good on the waffles and in the tea ?

This place has rude employees. Nothing happy about it. They won’t exchange a drink even when there is something wrong with it, they convince themselves it’s preference. Refused to make another drink. Won’t be going back to this place. Drinks are mediocre anyways.

I came in with my partner to get a treat from here. neither of us have been before. we were looking at the menu trying to decide what we would like. both of us were very uncomfortable and my girlfriend started getting overstimulated and feeling like she wanted to cry because all three staff members were staring at us. we said we needed a bit of time to look at the menu and they all stood there staring at us. it was very awkward.the drinks and food are okay but the half sweet is still very very sweet. It’s not really anything special, but it’s decent. for the price and anxiety ridden experience, not worth it.

The boba, smoothies, and bubble waffles are great! The restaurant is pretty small though, so it seems like more of a get it and go kinda place (though there is seating by the windows and a nice padded seating spot in the back). The menu is at the register but they also have a sign post with the menue as well (while I went it was also close to the register).Outside of that the drinks and food are great, and service is pretty fast (there are only 2 people working at a time, so if the place is packed don't get angry with the employees)Vegetarian options: Some of the drinks cannot be made without milk for those who are vegans or lactose intolerant. Waffles are also made with milk and eggs.Dietary restrictions: Some drinks cannot be made without milk and the waffles are made with milk and eggsParking: Strip mall parking so usually there is a space nearbyKid-friendliness: Place is very kid friendly, cute lemon and K-pop theme (k-pop theme is music and tv behind counter, lemon is everywhere else)Wheelchair accessibility: Store is on the ground level with no stairs so no issue with steps. However the store is small and shaped more like a hallway and if it's full, getting a wheelchair or mobility gear may be a bit difficult

I didn't realize B'Ham's sales tax had hiked to 10.3% ?! The difference is cents & it would cost me more in gas to get my refund but it's the principal, right?

This place is a chain. But they are consistent on their quality. 4 stars for service as they ran out of Boba on a Saturday afternoon and we drove all the way from Lynden to get one... They made more but we had to wait another 20 mins? Anyway... These drinks are good. Authentic.
Sneaky cashier. Told us boba is not available so we ordered milk tea without boba. When they took our order, the cashier shows boba, so we told them, and they changed it to without boba. However, when we got home, we see they charged us boba on the receipt. Unethical practice.

Great range of drinks - not only milk tea, but also other assorted teas, lemonades, etc. I really appreciate that you can customize the sugar and ice levels of your drink. There are also a number of additive options and ways you can have a drink made. For example, I like drink A4, which is milk tea that comes with Oreo cookie & puff cream added to it. I also like to add tapioca boba. Delicious! Another great drink is the mango lemonade with mango jellies added, at half sugar. It may take a visit or two to figure out what drink you really like. They also sell bubble waffles. Definitely recommend this cute little shop!
