I am a regular Customer at the happy lemon in Bellingham. Under the new management, the service is much faster. They even have really cute toy machines with tokens in their store now. I really like the vibes. Highly recommend the original bubble waffles compared to the Matcha one though, the Matcha can be pretty bitter because they used real Matcha. Their jasmine milk tea never disappoints. Highly recommend!
I got the ube milk tea with taro balls and tapioca pearls. It was delicious. I love the attention to detail too, like ice and sweetness preference.
I'm not sure if it was the new management training and employee, but the vibe felt very friendly and kind!

Happy Lemon is my favorite bubble tea spot! The drinks are always fresh, perfectly balanced, and never too sweet. Toppings are delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Definitely the best place to grab boba
