ohhhhh my godddddd this was SO bad. not worth spending basically $17 for not even a cup of mac and cheese, and half a tuna sandwich. the mac and cheese was literally like sand with a side of cheesy pasta. tuna sandwich was fine. also, don’t like the vault in the middle of the seating area i felt really uncomfortable. like, what is that even used for?for something that should be fast food, this is hospital quality, with a michelin star price. not returning.AND they were out of baguettes. like that’s half ur name?

Literally the rudest staff I have ever met. The man at the counter that is supposed to take my order wouldn’t even say a word to me and was more worried about how I look than doing his job. Took my order wrong because he wouldn’t listen to what I was saying or asking. He literally did not say one word except to ask the name for the order. My order was wrong at which point we were given attitude for asking them to replace it. I will never spend another dollar at Panera as your employees reflect your business ideals. Very disappointed that this is what we get for our hard earned money.

Went in for lunch 2/28/24, 2:30 pm. Totally negative feel. Lobby not welcoming and tables were dirty. Our first visit and so disappointing! We love Panera in other locations and we were so excited to get one in Bellingham, WA

The staff themselves aren't usually rude or give attitude, but I haven't ordered from this location a single time without my order either missing more than half its food or having completely the wrong items in it, and the time my order has been made completely right it was handed to someone else entirely, who likely had the exact same frustrating experience I mentioned before. If you're ordering from this location and have a favorite, you might as well throw a dart at the menu, and you'll be just as likely to get it.

My Panera bread gift card wasn’t accepted inside of a Panera bread. Who makes these decisions brother?
Sandwiches seemed like they were pre-made for a while. I ordered a smoke house BBQ chicken was suppose to have fresh onions. It had none.

The food would be good if the portions on the sandwiches weren't so skimpy. Pretty sure they're putting the portion of a half sandwich's meat onto a whole. It's WAY too expensive to even consider with what they're offering compared to almost anything else in town.
