Extraordinarily poor management. Once you sign up for the monthly membership they make it nearly impossible to cancel. You have to go to the space and beg...and the people at the front desk don't have the "authority" to cancel monthly memberships. Before you sign up for a monthly membership search their website for a way to cancel...doubtful you will find it. A genuine rip off.

Great place for our children. We love it.

We've been coming here for almost 3 years, and it's honestly a home away from home for us! My almost-5-year-old twins have formed strong bonds with a couple of the employees, and as a result, I've become friends with those employees, too! Friendships aside, though, they offer great food, strong coffee, a fantastic and safe place for kids to play, and a very inclusive and compassionate environment. There have been days that I've been at my wit's end, and I knew that if I could just get us to Perch & Play, the tension would ease and I'd make it through the day. And every single time, that was exactly what happened. Thank you to everyone at P&P for doing what you do, and for making a difference in so many lives. We love you guys!!

It's ok. It works when it's rainy, but their play structure seems lame. Always broken toys and things not working too (especially in the baby play area) it's ok not to have battery toys, but when they have these and they don't work that's just d**** I wish they could have more of an exciting set up for kids!

Great place to take a breather. Kids tire themselves out, you relax a moment, and there's also plenty of well priced food options for everyone. We made it here at least two to three times a month. A must especially when the parks are all wet and cold.

Decent place if it's not too crowded but top often we have had to leave early because of other kids. Workers don't want to step up when other kids (who's parents are nowhere to be found) are misbehaving or being dangerous- throwing toys down slides, hitting, pushing other kids etc. You say something but workers don't want to do anything about it.

Great indoor playground and friendly staff. Kids look forward to going.

Good indoor place for kids to play in when the weather isn't so nice. Good food options too. It can get a bit crowded, but kids don't seem to mind.

Randomly closed. Few people our feont who paid for yearly memberships were very unhappy

We drove up from 1.5 hours away and myself and others were waiting to play and there was no one was there to open. I feel the frustrating part is that nothing was posted on social media, google, website, and voicemail letting us know they would be closed and when I sent a message on FB the messages had been clearly seen with no response. I'm sure if you can play it is an awesome experience.

I love taking my son to Perch and Play. I can work and he's happy to run around and play with the other kids. Gets us both out of the house, and gets him some activity. The staff are also great, as is the food.

This place is ingenious. We couldn't stay for long because we just rolled in an hour before closing, but the food was excellent, the beer was very reasonably priced and effective at invoking relaxation after a long car drive, and the kids burned off a ton of energy.

Fun place for the little ones. The older ones love the inactive climbing wall. My wife and I enjoyed a quiet latte together.

Great atmosphere for younger kids. They need more places like this in town.

I'm grateful Bellingham offers some sort of indoor play area. However, I've found check in to typically be quite slow and the number of activities lacking. If your kid likes climbing then this place is great. I wish they had more fine motor, hands on play stations. The space is small and it's usually crowded when I visit. The food takes a while to prepare but it is pretty good. I would rather drive to the Skagit Children's Museum than visit this place.
