Lovely little place, hardworking local business. Friendly and fast service. Hope they reopen soon. The sub is fresh and delicious. Pho is light and flavourful. Boba tea is good, just wish more fresh options
Lived here for 2 years and finally decided to try this place. Great bubble tea! The food is healthy and satisfying. Everything was fresh. This is probably the one stop choice for Vietnamese food.

Loved this place!!! Family owned business and they are very friendly. The food (my favorite the teriyaki chicken over rice) is very reasonably priced and large portions, and the Bubble Tea is great too something new to try if you have never had one.Update: Unfortunately, recently I believe it was the kitchen that caught fire. Hopefully they will rebuild and reopen because they are missed by many faithful hungry people.
