Pizza Twist - Bellingham, WA offers a fantastic range of pizza flavors, including a separate plant-based pizza tab with yummy vegan options like the plant-based Tikka Masala pizza. The pies are great, with some having very interesting flavors that really work well. The crust is thin and crisp with little chew. The small but nice shop also serves a variety of unique ice cream flavors. The staff is reported to be super friendly people, making it a pleasant experience. They did a fantastic job of getting pizzas ready on time and exactly as ordered. The plant-based Tikka Masala pizza is SO delicious, with well-tasting flavors and good plant-based toppings. The spice level on the medium was perfect. The food does take a little while to prep and cook, but the price was worth it for an entirely vegan pizza with so much care put into it.
