I have only been to Red Robin twice. Both time I found it enjoyable. Was able to talk, laugh, and enjoy my company. Food I remember the 1st time very good, 2nd time nice. Free parking, seems to be a good chain of restaurants.

Food was cold and bland - even with buying the spicy burger. Server was overworked and did not refill drinks during the meal and not as friendly as expected.

My food was lukewarm at best. I did not finish my burger or the fries. It's been a number of years since I've been to Red Robin and I am not in a hurry to go back. Other items besides burger/ fries would have been a better choice perhaps? The server was fantastic and very courteous.

They decided to close an hour early and wouldn't seat us. Did a manager give us this I information? NO, a poor uninformed server. We went across the parking lot to the sushi bar.

I recently went to this establishment to eat a wonderful meal with my friend. We were served by Robert. He was so sweet and friendly. He was very attentive and on top of it. He brought us refills and more fries without us asking. We really appreciated his hospitality! 10/10 service! Thanks Robert!

Such a good experience! We were sat right away, the food was fast, hot, and delicious! Shoutout to our server Jess who was great, she was very welcoming, offered us refills on sides and drinks as soon as we needed them. Best red robin I’ve been to by far. Thank you!

Edited review because service here is now great! However please, please, please replace the toilet seats in the bathrooms. The seats in the men's room date from the Clinton administration. I've seen cleaner looking seats at Pioneer Square though the full size doors here give you an edge. But please, replace them. Can buy them just across the street. Hell, I'll go myself if you want.

We had our favorite waitress again last night, she always does a great job with our food allergies, every visit no matter who the waitstaff are, they always make sure your life is safe and you're taken care of. Love their food every time, never disappointed. Great atmosphere for celebrating too or just good food and good time.
