My daughter and I were down visiting and stopped in for a late dinner. Dan was our server and he was the kindest and most attentive. Best service we have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Our food was top notch as well!
Thank you for making our experience memorable.

I ordered take out via their website on March 6th. I ordered the whiskey river bbq wrap. When I went to eat it I noticed avocado around where the wrap had been cut and where someone would have grabbed the wrap to place it in the box. This wrap does not have avocado on it. There is no excuse for avocado being on my food. I had ARFID and could no longer eat any of my food. I do not believe that safe food handling is happening at this location. The manager told me he would give me a full refund for my order that day. They did not process a refund until March 11th when I called because I hadn't seen a refund come through. This is not a safe place to eat.

Our server Devin was quite possibly the coolest most attentive and kind server my family and I had the privilege of meeting. Very friendly, jovial, and lightning quick. He even indulged my mom’s talk about pickled eggs . Man deserves a raise. 10/10 will come again.

I’ve always preferred Red Robin over Applebees. For a list of reasons. One of the most defining characteristics that sets them apart. Is that Applebees is more of a sports bar than a family friendly restaurant.
Which is fine of course if you’re comfortable taking your children to a bar. There’s little to no separation between the bar and dining area.
In contrast, Red Robin’s bar is clearly separated from the main dining area. While there is a separate room with bar and dining area. Offering a choice to their patrons.
Sadly though, I was at Red Robin recently. And found that they were no exception to the recent trend. Of decline in restaurant dining area cleanliness. To be honest, they could always use a good renovation. To update and or renew the place.
Fortunately the quality of food and service was about the same as expected.
If they could make some overall improvements. To the dining areas and bathroom facilities. Perhaps the employees could find it easier to take pride in their work environment. Keeping it clean for themselves and their customers.
At which point I would rank them well above any other local burger joint.

Update: after seeing the below review someone in upper management reached out and gave me a satisfactory gift certificate. When I decide to use it, if I feel like a $20 burger is actually worth the price for the atmosphere amd level of service from red robin, I may raise this review from 1, not only to 3(which I have done) but maybe even 5 stars. 10 years ago Red Robin was ALWAYS 5 stars..... (i must add, giving this a once over even i think I sound like a ۥ#!. I just wish for every one of us to at least try and be a little bit better than we are, myself included)
Bartender just spilled a drink on my date and then to compensate gave us $1.76 off our total bill over $50... waited forever to pay, even contemplated leaving money on the table and walking out. GD Red Robin.. not our server so much as the manager that was the one who picked our discount. Worked this industry, that is minimum one free item/if not comp the persons whole bill. What a discrace.

Took my kids here for lunch and I have never seen it so dirty. Everywhere we looked there was smeared food and hand prints on all of the glass dividers between sections. There were spitballs on the glass and the ceiling above us. This wasn’t just around our table either. It was all of the glass through out the area we were in. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. This was only 2 hours after opening. The floors were even dirty and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in several days. Servers were hanging out visiting with each other more than working. Our drinks and water were never refilled.

Sat down in the bar area and was greeted by 4 tables that you can’t sit at because they haven’t been bussed. After 10 min the server came over and said he would be right back….he never returned after another 10min. We decided to leave after realizing everyone else sitting in here hasn’t gotten food or drinks either. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or kitchen. I’d take a wild guess and say it’s because they have a million things on their menu that the kitchen can’t keep up with but then again they are usually out of 50% of the things on the menu anyway. This place has gone downhill, I will not be back.

In the last six months, most of the menu items I typically order have gone up incrementally each month. Now almost $3 more an item than they were six months ago. Red Robin used to be a more affordable option for a family to eat out, but that's not the case anymore.

Stopped for lunch with several friends while on a shopping trip. Haven't been to a Red Robin in many years.
The place was quite busy and quite noisy with families which I guess is to be expected. Got seated at a booth. The interior is somewhat dated and worn, but not too bad overall.
Service started okay, but was inconsistent. Fast to start and then very slow later. Ordered 3 burgers: 2 x Banzai and the Royal Robin, and they took almost 25 minutes to arrive, and were only look warm when they did. Taste was okay, but at that point we were hungry enough to eat almost anything. Tried the yukon chips, but they were very dry.
Overall a somewhat forgettable experience.
