We just returned from another superb dinner at Roe. It was outstanding from beginning to end. Yes, the highlight is the food. Many reviewers on this page go through what they ate so I will not do the same. I will say that the food is very creative, often unlike anything you have ever had, and absolutely delicious. Easily the best restaurant in Bellingham. I brought friends here for the first time tonight and one said “is this what happiness tastes like?” After eating the salmon and tuna apps. Every single one of the apps, meals, desserts and drinks was over the top amazing. Service was great. Atmosphere perfect. It smells nice in there, has lovely art work, great decor and is fun to see the chefs work as you’re eating. I cannot recommend enough.

Took my partner here for his birthday, it was both of our first time. We both agreed its our best meal we've had in Bellingham (we moved here a year and a half ago). We shared every dish and had the albacore crudo, salmon montadito, chicken nuggets and caviar, reuben croquettes, and tonnarelli.
