My wife and I were happy to learn that there are a few locations left in this once vibrant restaurant chain. We had their Lemon Chicken dinner not once but twice - it's that good. It came with broccoli and mashed potatoes - delicious! My only complaint is the so-so dinner roll that comes with "butter spread" and not real butter, but the meal is still worth it.

Just walked in we came all the way from Vancouver and my boyfriend from Seattle to this restaurant the lady at the front today at 1:24 PM Dec 11,2025 , She at first made us wait and we are okay with it , than we said we want to sit on the left side she says no one is working on the other side than we followed her to the other open side and as we are going to the table that’s available she told us a can I get you on the other table very rude way and didn’t even explain and we walked right out Try to learn to be nice to your customers no more good service around be nice like Canadians are , that’s it for I will not recommend or go there again

12/25/24 Christmas dinner at Shari's. Mediocre at best. All aspects. And they were only at about half capacity with at least 7 staff. Food was lukewarm, the dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy were way over salted, two thin deli slices of turkey that wouldn't have been adequate if served on a sandwich and a healthy serving of tasteless green beans for 19 bucks. My empty ice tea glass sat through most of my meal and when the server finally did take it for a refill, it was brought back with no ice. I had a better holiday meal from here during Covid, and that was "Take Out".

Sharis has really gone downhill. The menu barely has anything on it anymore. the bathroom here was disgusting and was not clean. There was all kinds of feces all over both toilet seats and the trash was piled up. The dishes were dingu looking and chipped. They leave you waiting at the front even though noone is in here. I slipped and fell on their wet floor a few weeks ago. It was sopping wet and there was no sign and you couldnt tell because there is a shadow between the areas by the pie counter. Noone helped me. And they were still going to charge me for my food. They didnt take a report down and when I called to get their insurance, the manager said he had no idea how the injury process worked and that he would pass along the info. But i havent heard from anyone at all about this since then. You think they would rush to make sure i was alright. I won't go back here. They dont care about the customers here. The quality of the food is pitiful. The pies are tasteless now and the service is not even bare minimum and the atmosphere is just so poor. How can this still be open? Sharis used to be a decent place and now it's embarassing

Slimy scrambled eggs, you could see they were not mixed. Had to ask for coffee. We were never asked how things were. Had to stir coffee with my knife. Pancakes were barely cooked and rubbery.

If I could rate 0 stars i definitely would !!! For one they took soooooo long to bring out our food . Then when we finally got our food it was very disappointing I had half an egg shell in my avocado tomato Benedict the waitress took my food and then they brought back the wrong Benedict and the waitress expected Me to be okay with it . My mom had Blt with egg with onion rings the onion rings were super OILY !! and then my aunt orders a breakfast burrito with fries but she received a bacon burger ! We had to wait for her breakfast burrito which took a while the fries definitely are frozen fries ! I honestly feel like they’re racist in there and lucky for me we live in California so we’ll never be back there !!

We were greeted by the manager who warned that they have a new computer system so if we wanted separate bills, please tell the server when we ordered. Our menu arrived promptly and our drink order was taken and arrived quickly. When we ordered we told the server we would like separate bills. She hesitated and said she would try to figure out how to do that which made us feel like an inconvenience, even though we had been instructed to say that. the coffee creamers said International Delight which in my experience is a non dairy creamer. I asked the server about that and she snapped “it’s half and half”. I tried it but it did not taste like half and half. It also said refrigeration not required. My soup arrived but it was barely warm. I told the server and she snapped “I’ll heat it up”. By the time it arrived again my companion was almost finished her meal. Dirty dishes were left on the table while I tried to enjoy the good but not great apple pie. The restroom was the worst restaurant restroom I’ve seen other than a gas station restroom. Filthy floors and baseboards. The door to the restroom is also in disrepair. This will be the last time I visit this Shari’s.

Having frequented this place regularly in the past several months, I have always been satisfied with the quality, quantity and reasonable prices. The service has always been very prompt and friendly. What more can one ask? Keep it up, Shari's!
