I had heard that Starbucks changed their chai recipe and asked about it when I came through today. I ended up getting something different because I had heard that people didn’t really like it and the sweetest person working drive through let me try it and it’s actually still so good ! It genuinely made my day. I will definitely be back to actually get the chai next time :)

Best experience I’ve had at a Starbucks in a long time! I am very picky about how much sweet cream is in my nitro, and when it wasn’t perfect, they gave me a little more nitro to even it out, and even spent a few minutes after trying to figure out how I could order my drink so it will be exactly what I wanted the next time. Great service

Consistent as far as starbucks drinks and food. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes put out. I go here strictly for convenience of location. There should not even be a walk up window, since the drive through seems to be their priority. Multiple times I have used the walk up window because the drive through gets so backed up that it blocks traffic and each time I have been ignored or my order completely forgotten.
