I like to order a Peppermint White Hot Chocolate, sometimes with extra pumps of white chocolate and peppermint. I come here all the time as it's on campus, but my drink is almost never right. It's made as a White Mocha just about every time. And it's sometimes made as that again after I go back up to the counter to have it remade. Everyone I talk to is very nice and willing to help, but it's just extremely frustrating. I can't even count how many times it's been made wrong anymore.

It's a Starbucks, and has all the things you'd usually get. The oven was broken the last time I went, hopefully they fix it soon, although there is a microwave in the seating area if you want to warm up a pastry.

in past years I'd give a higher rating, but even for being now over a month into the quarter, my drink gets made wrong just about every single time, which is somewhat frustrating. i know everyone there is new, but i was hoping it would've improved by now.
