Structures Brewing

The atmosphere was great, the burger was even better and Charlotte was an absolute Superstar with the service she rendered! This is a great, relaxing place to take in the beautiful Pacific Northwest weather, eat some great food and got some great service from people who take their job seriously. Highly recommend stopping and seeing Charlotte at Structures Brewing! She even gave this ole' country boy from the Midwest some advice about the best place to take a relaxing drive and enjoy the sunset along the coast! Oh, and the beer was phenominal (which they brew themselves at a separate location). Stop in, see them and ask for Charlotte!

This Brewery is dialed in and they definitely have a Master Brewer at the helm. We don't normally like fruit forward IPA's but we tried their IPA w/hint of blueberry in it and it was amazing so that was a real test of how talented this Brewer is!:O I've only tried a couple food items but they were really good. Can't wait to come back:)

Food was amazing. Cider was crisp and refreshing on a warm day. Definitely going back.

Their beer is amazing and more European as is my preference. Will update after I have an ice cream sandwich! In the interim, it is beautifully child free here this evening, although I do see, they have a kid friendly option on the menu. Anyway, I'm not listening to screaming toddlers here tonight anymore, and that's a fabulous plus in my book, and the bartender is wonderful out here at the bar! And they have very lovely outdoor seating, which is a huge plus. They do seem to be dog friendly as I've seen a couple of dogs around, and I love that too! I would definitely come back here and at least enjoy a beer or two, even though I can't speak to the food. But I am glad that they have food. Because for me, that's a must in a brewery, or any kind of bar

OK edit to say its not an ice cream sandwich, its apparently 2 cookies filled with icing I think? Anyway, I got the key lime pie and it is superb!

I don’t hand out 5-star reviews lightly, but Structures Brewery in Bellingham earned this one in full. The In Circles hazy IPA is, simply put, one of the best hazies I’ve had on the West Coast — and I’ve had plenty.

Balanced, lush, and ridiculously drinkable, it hits with those tropical citrus notes right out the gate, then softens into something almost meditative. No bitterness blast, no overdone gimmick hops — just pure, cloudy intention. It’s juicy without being sticky, complex without being pretentious.

The vibe inside the brewery matches the beer: minimal, confident, no wasted motion. These folks know exactly what they’re doing, and they don’t need to show off about it.

If you’re passing through Bellingham or you live within 200 miles, get your a** here and drink In Circles. It’s the kind of beer that makes you stop mid-sip and look around like, yep — this is the life.

Structures old town on holly is my weekly/weekend go to.
I love a good local beer. I’m very picky/particular when it comes to beer or anything that I put into my body if I don’t like something 1. I won’t drink it , 2. I won’t return. Structures quality amazes me. I have my favorites, which are Pilsners, their old evil is the best pilsner I’ve ever tasted locally and anything ever imported. Their edel Pilsner is just as good, if they don’t have those 2 on tap it’s ok because they have other great pilsners that satisfy equally. surprisingly I know.. my partner drinks ipas and hazy and also feels structures is also their favorite brewery. That says a lot. We have come to know the tenders and today when we went Jeffery came to our table and already had my old evil beer in tote. Brought a smile to my face , the care and consideration made me feel welcome and cared for. If i rate all local breweries structures is #1. I also like their kale salad, burger and homemade chips. Maybe someday their food menu can increase. Now it’s simple so thats why the quality is on point. .. just add fries and maybe a few other food items . Just a thought.. love you so much structures.. ❤️ who ever is the brewer is a mad artistic scientist.

The atmosphere is nice but when 1 burger and 1 beer with no fries comes to $30. I think I’ll go elsewhere next time.
