Ordered an hour before close online and they canceled my order after taking the money off of my card. They said I’ll get it back in a week. Absolutely ridiculous considering there wasn’t a single customer inside. Not to mention this isn’t the first time they have done this. I used to love subway but this location has turned me off the brand just because of the fact it’s not that hard to just make a sandwich, and yet I keep seeing workers get hired that don’t even want to do the bare minimum. Sorry to say I won’t be coming back and if I do it definitely won’t be this location.

Hired me for the weekend closing position as a transfer from another subway. Didn't train me once for closing, had me working lunch shifts for the first two weeks, then once school started I said I could only work weekends, they refused to schedule me claiming my schedule didn't work with theirs, eventually ghosted me after weeks of trying. Owners are extremely greedy and keep product for much longer than it should be. They keep sauce open all the time and encourage not thoroughly rinsing dishes.

Came in the subway to buy some sandwiches with a coupon, the employee told me they do not take coupons and I asked her if she was serious. That’s when the owner that was hanging out with his friends in the lobby told me he does not except them. Why do we have coupons then? ??‍♂️
