After running a half marathon, we needed some food, and I'm so glad we found Sweet Bay Cafe. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. The staff was professional and cheerful, and our waiter was amazing! The food was delicious. Highly recommend!
Food was delicious, but was quite slow. It was a weekend, and my partner and I are quite understanding of brunch places being busy/short-staffing, but it took 40 minutes to get a table for 2, followed by another 40 to get our food. Our server (Annalise) took our order and then immediately had to ask up to repeat our orders. She never brought my mimosa, which I ordered twice (I had to ask another server). We also were not provided with utensils with our food and had to go find...
They didn't bat an eye when we asked to split the diner breakfast with pancakes. There was plenty for both of us.
The sourdough toast and the strawberry spread were both exceptional. (Hubby ate the cakes; he liked them.)
The hash browns were thin, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Also great!
