Alex was amazing! She was patient and kind with our big party. Let’s get to the important part… the food was absolutely delish!! Nice portion size, and taste! Muah!! Just delicious! We definitely will be going back soon. Guys, go try the food. You’ll love it 🥰
The foods we ate- quessabirria, burrito mojada, torta de asada and al pastor, nachos. Seriously it was “wow” for all of us. Oh and ask for the salsas! Their homemade salsa so yum!

This is by far the best food truck in Whatcom county. Consistently delicious food, friendly and kind staff, and the best quesabirria and nachos I've ever had. If you only have time for one restaurant in Bellingham choose Tacos El Tepozteco.
