A gem of a place. Just in time (5:59) for the 6 pm happy hour cut-off- our wonderful and gracious waiter suggested the Margaritas we could order for $5 before 6. They were delicious. The beer list is for beer enthusiasts of every genre and thankfully we fit the bill. The menu is Mediterranean and the plates we tried; The Mezze and the Crispy Eggplant were divine. It was an extraordinary place. Perfect service and savagely delicious food. My only regret is that we haven't been there sooner and have to wait until tomorrow to go back and try more items on their menu.

Hands down one of the best spots in Bellingham! Food was absolutely delicious, atmosphere is very well done and outdoor patio is dog friendly (woohoo!) and our server Kyle was superb! Can’t wait to come back again and again!

We stumbled on this place today and I’m so happy we did! It’s really a shock to find such amazing food here! Everything was delicious! Everything was flavorful and paired perfectly!! The drinks were strong and tasted amazing! Great service and cute set up! We’ll definitely be going back!!

I had dinner at Time and Materials on Friday evening and it was fantastic! We had the crispy eggplant as an appetizer and the grain bowl for dinner and both were a great combination of flavors. The service was also great and loved the interior - modern and cozy. I'll be back!

Wanted the food to be better. All but the very notable fried eggplant fell flat. Hummus was gritty and bland, vegetables were boring, not very fresh and cut like a hurried school lunch. Pita seemed Costco-familiar. I want this place to be great because it has so much else going for it. Drinks were excellent. Booths comfy. Service excellent.With such incredible Middle Eastern food across the border, maybe the chef could take some notes and get this menu singing a bit more? Cheering for you.

Okay, first of all, the food is unbelievably delicious and fresh. We ordered four things, including gyros and the grain bowl. Virtually every element was perfect (tbh, not a fan of radishes but that’s a me thing) and layers with flavor and texture.Secondly, the beverages are top notch. We’re huge fans of the house made boozy seltzers. Nice work, Kyle.And finally, the space is lovely. Clean, crisp, bright - Scandinavia meets Bellingham.It’s our new fav place.

Had a lovely evening of drinks and bites on the patio. Great tunes and friendly service. Make sure to try the eggplant dish and ‘Sun Dance’ cocktail! House margarita’s are also A+!

All around a great restaurant! Food was amazing and the service was great. We shared the salmon bites and potatoes and then did separate entrees, the potatoes were incredible. We will be going back soon!
