Not so clean, long lines inside and out. Servers trying to be helpful but atmosphere was chaotic. Not sure why it was so busy..I waited 15 min to purchase a cup of chili.

I used to spend on average $25 a week here, but I'll never go back. They call themselves a breakfast place, however; their dining room is not open for breakfast. You MUST have a car to get breakfast through the drive thru. I ordered online, but had to wait for the dining room to open. The treated me disrespectful because I walked into the store 2 minutes before they opened. I had to ask a manager to refund my order and again was treated disrespectfully. I hate this Wendy's and will NEVER be back not even for lunch. What a pathetic management.

Not sure how this Wendy's can only serve about 1 customer every 5 minutes. Expect to sit in the drive through line for roughly 20 minutes or more.
The food was fine though, it's Wendy's afterall.

Drive thru is so slow. Last few visits the lines are long and it just doesnt move. We're talking 10 to 15 minutes for "fast" food? Customer service is hit or miss as well.

I've ordered here several times. Each time I've had to wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes to get my order. When I receive my order, the food is usually soggy and cold. Not sure if it's due to being understaffed, or due to poor management. Next time I want fast, hot food, I'm going to Burger King. Do better Wendy's!!!

Ordered pickup through the app through the drive thru, just as I got in line a worker came out through the main door coughing like crazy sick as a dog. Glad I seen it before I got up to the speaker I promptly canceled my order. You should not have sick workers serving/cooking/anywhere near food.

I wanted to post photos but the drive thru line is ridiculous blocking parked cars including the handicapped parking spots. Once you parked. You are screwed trying to back out due to drive-thru line being routed directly behind parked cars.

I've gone here for YEARS now, and it might just be me used to the dirty atmosphere but it just feels normal to me. and i personally think the Drive-Through could use some amount of improving as it can take upwards to 30 minutes for a simple meal. but usually i don't have nothing to do for the night. and Wendys is mainly nicer then some other places because its still quicker then going down Meridian for Mcdonalds and Burger King, but i wont lie, they are a little better. but cost to much alot of the time. at wendys you can buy around 3 meals for 20 bucks, pretty good in my perspective. i give 4 starts mainly since its cheap and nice (enough).

Never go there in your 30 min lunch break time because the food could take 40 to 45 min to be served. Go prepare.
Feel special if the cashier ever takes your order in 10 to 15 min after u been waiting in the line.
If they messed up your order good luck waiting another 15 min in the line and they won't fix anything either.
Cashiers here makes you feel they did a huge favor on you by just asking you what u need.
I use to think those self ordering machines at McDonald's and taco bell is talking away people's job but I will rather deal with the machine to order than the cashiers who works there.
To me it looks like the cashiers just get disappointed when they see customers coming into the restraunt. Like they are not motivated at all to work. They are just there.

Overall the atmosphere of this place is beyond and beyond expectation.
