Two out of three visits, they messed up a simple order. One of those visits was in the drive thru which took nearly 20 minutes for 5 cars to go through. If I was not blocked in, I would have gone inside. I ordered a JBC, but it was missing bacon. The second visit, I went inside to order a JBC on a bed of lettuce with no bun. They said they no longer offer the lettuce wrap. I didn't ask for a lettuce wrap. They gave a JBC with no lettuce or bun. I gave it back and they threw a few pieces on top. It looked sad.

The people here are so nice, and my service has always been quick. I typically go through the drive-thru, and the girl with the pretty nails is always super sweet, courteous, and fast. I've only had experience with one other person and he was fast and attentive! Food has, in my experience, been exactly what I expect of Wendy's. I'd call this place reliable.

Five stars all the way!! I come here all the time, and it’s often very busy but the workers are still fast and friendly, and they always get our orders right even when they’re a bit complicated and specific.

I used to spend on average $25 a week here, but I'll never go back. They call themselves a breakfast place, however; their dining room is not open for breakfast. You MUST have a car to get breakfast through the drive thru. I ordered online, but had to wait for the dining room to open. The treated me disrespectful because I walked into the store 2 minutes before they opened. I had to ask a manager to refund my order and again was treated disrespectfully. I hate this Wendy's and will NEVER be back not even for lunch. What a pathetic management.
