The food is pretty good, if you don't tip I've noticed they give you attitude or voice out their frustration to their peers or they don't reply when you say thank you after you get your food. The coffee is on the sweeter side depending on what you order of course. But I only go to this place for their sandwich or pastry and then they give me attitude for not tipping when I only bought one thing? Come on.

So we came for coffee and asked for ceramic cups lmao they only had 2 coffee mugs. How is this possible?? The server was very nice BUT it took forever to get our coffees. They kept serving the drive thru before us.

I was only getting a cup of coffee, and yet the service was extremely slow when it comes to in store via counter order. Perhaps its because I’m asian and been despised due to my ethnicity. Customers waiting in line before me have been serviced less than a min or two because they are non Asian. Nobody greeted me, acknowledged my existence and nobody explained to me at all. I was left waiting for more than 5 min, so I left. I feel I have been completely ignored, and been neglected, hanging dry.l because of my ethnicity. Not cool at all. I would hope the management can make it right for all customers of all ethnicities. I rarely have experienced this type of situation from other woods coffee, this is the first time.
