I ordered orange chicken and fried rice to go. The cashier was very friendly and so was another woman working there who I think was the restaurant owner.
The chicken looked delicious and included fresh, cooked broccoli. The fried rice was also freshly made. The first plate I had tasted just okay. I was actually a bit disappointed.
This morning, however, I decided to heat up some of the leftovers and ended up eating every last bite. It was the best Chinese food I've had in years. Maybe I wasn't feeling my best last night because again, the meal I had this morning was the best Chinese food I've had in a very long time.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Panda Palace for its clean and friendly atmosphere, prompt service, and outstanding food. If you finish your entire meal - including all your leftovers - and still find the food here to be uninspiring, it's likely because you were born with questionable taste.

Asked for 5 star hot and it was not even a 1. Food lacked spices and salt absolutely no flavor we were very disappointed. We have gotten food from there many times over the last 10 years and it's usually good. But the last few visits it has been lacking in flavor ?. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

I have never eaten in the restaurant. I have had take out several times with friends. I highly recommend the Green Jade dishes (veggie, chicken and shrimp options) as they are delicious (broccoli, sugar snap peas and green beans in a terrific sauce). The sesame beef and cashew chicken are yummy. The sweet and sour chicken was slightly overcooked but tasty in a balanced sauce. Their white rice is fluffy and enjoyable. My friends and I haven't had a bad dish yet. Portions are very generous. Fortune cookies are fresh.Prices are reasonable. Quality is excellent. Plenty of shared parking set slightly back from entrance. Could be a bit of a walk if you have mobility issues. Can't wait to try dining in! So many more dishes we can't wait to try.

Great food, good service and a relaxing atmosphere. Dinner for 2, came to $52 w/o tip. Very reasonable. Lots of leftovers. Yum!

This is my favorite restaurant in all of Bellingham! They always treat me and my family, friends with respect and friendly service! Great portions every time - regardless of take out or dine-in. I prefer dine-in because it's so often very calm, especially with the complimentary tea they serve. Thank you guys for your awesome service, even when I order to the last minute! I recommend Xing's to everyone who visits Bellingham.
