The people here are lovely and the food is good but I haven't loved everything I've tried. I fell in love with their pozole and as much as I've tried to get it again, more often than not, they're either out or it's not ready yet (my visits are all after noon). Sadly I've stopped coming because I haven't enjoyed anything else as much as the pozole.
I tried the tripe quesadilla and it was the best tasting quesadilla I've ever had. The vegetables perfectly complimented the meat and the green and red sauces were tasty and had the perfect burn.
As a person who has lived in Mexico- I can't recommend this place enough.
It's sparkling clean. Charming. Inviting. The food is very good, and authentic. The Quesabirria was not only delicious, it was the perfect texture. Not too greasy, great tortillas.
