We stopped in yesterday. As road trippers from Delaware, we are always visiting local places when we can. Big Block is one of our favorite we have ever been to, and we have been to local breweries in 43 states. The presentation was great, the flight boxes are freaking awesome. Big Block Brewery Black Diamond offers great housemade beer and seltzer, plus non alcoholic hop water. The food is very solid, with truly authentic burgers like the Spicy Burger and Classic Cheese Burger, along with wings and hand-cut French fries. The fries were amazing, and everything was cooked exactly as asked, fresh and delicious. The mini corn dogs, salad, and wings were also great, paired with a delicious beer like the Rasberry Blonde. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and polite, with waiters who knew exactly the mood guests were in. The environment is fun, with car decorations and a really nice garage theme, plus nice views of the mountain. It’s a cute place to look around, family friendly with a kids’ play area, and not really loud, with a room upstairs for a party or gathering. The menu is small, but everything was top notch, with a large selection of beers. One suggestion would be to offer a flight to try multiple beers, but overall it was a good time.
