ATTENTION EVERYONE: they are hiding a 5 star taqueria behind the Lake Sawyer Grocery. Strongly recommend the California Burrito and quesabirria. If you don't mind paying a little more for tastier, better quality food than other taquerias in the area, then you'll love this spot.
The food was good! The price was fair but the woman with the cute short nails was kind of miserable. I’m no Karen and I always tip. I’m always nice and respectful but she was somehow annoyed by our existence. She kept giving us dirty and annoyed looks and just bothered by our existence. Maybe she was having a bad day! I definitely under that. We wanted to order more than just 6 tacos but the energy and service was too off putting.
Although the food is very good I'm not impressed by the service. We live in a world where texture problems exist, adding raw onions and then not offering the option to remove them is a crime. One crunch of a raw onion ruins the whole meal for me. We ordered it through door dash and put in a special request for no onions. The quesadilla I got had melted cheese with many pieces of embedded onion that were impossible to remove. The one bite I had before crunching into onion...
