I usually don't have problems ordering on their app. Keep in mind that the restaurant itself closes while the drive through stays open after a certain time - we learnt that the hard way. I find their burgers a little bit too drippy with too much sauce. But I really like their onion rings and grill chicken sandwich.
As a rule I do love Carl's Jr and also the Blaine Boblett location. Have been there before and loved it. Today's most recent visit was (for some reason) a notch below my previous visits. Not sure why. This time I liked it but didn't love it. Will go back and give it another go though.
The store is clean and sanitary. I ordered a California Classic double combo. I saw it made when I ordered it, and it was hot and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. After I ordered, another patron came in, looking hard up. He asked the staff member what was cheap as he didn't have much money. They gave him a recommendation about the best cheap deal. The staff were very kind and respectful and served him with the same dignity I received.
