Had an amazing lunch at Paso del Norte! Everything from the food to the staff to the atmosphere was absolutely top notch.
The vibe was warm and welcoming, and it was honestly just fun to shoot the breeze with the team. Carlos in particular was awesome.
If you're looking for a spot with great food and even better people, this is the place.

Walked in there today at noon for a couple of drinks. Not 1 person in the bar. 2 employees behind the bar we went in and sat down and they both walked into the back room. 10 minutes of waiting, we left too bad because they just p***** away probably 40 bucks worth of drinks and tips.

Really good food we got the fajitas with chicken, shrimp, and beef. It was absolutely amazing. Came to you on this beautiful sizzling platter. The chicken was very moist and tender. Our waitress was very cheerful very smiling, warm and friendly. Very convenient if you are staying at the hotel nearby.

The staff was genuinely nice, and made an extra effort with our small kids, to keep them engaged. This is not to say the food was not also a good thing. We enjoyed the meal, kids and adults. Overall style is family casual, and clean. I watched as locals came, and were greeted by name, which is also a sign of a good place. It is NOT a tourist trap.

A staple when you come to Blaine! The ambiance , the decor , the service are all impeccable. The waiters and waitresses make you feel at home , especially Carlos. I don't think I've ever met a server that's as fast , humorous and thoughtful as him. The food is absolutely phenomenal, the owner is hands on and it is a very family oriented restaurant. Walk in at anytime and notice the smiles on the diners faces. The margaritas are as big as your head and delicious. Their company truck threw a rock on the freeway and broke my windshield. I called the restaurant. They called back, said wasn't their fault and nothing they would do for me and call the state about rocks on the road. All Good. Personally, they should have offered a free dinner. I'm out $500 for a windshield and their company truck did it.
