A nice location. Nice beach. I’d prefer something without a view of the city, but it wasn’t odious. The room was quite large. The bathroom was a bit shabby with a nonflat, nonlevel floor and doors which did not fit well. The bathroom door would not latch. The bed was very comfortable. Drinks and food at the Seaview cafe were very expensive and unremarkable. I didn’t try Packers or Blue Heron. Other options are in Blaine. I didn’t try any of the spa services. Service was...
great location and beautiful beach. rooms are large and comfortable. pool and gym is a great benefit. limited dining in winter and there are areas of the hotel that have some wear and tear but minor thing. we’ll be back next summer
Beautiful resort, which I believe is best enjoyed in summer, though it is wonderfully quiet in winter for those who value peace and relaxation. The staff were helpful, and the café served tasty burgers, with Rick standing out as an especially engaging and personable presence. Unfortunately, aside from the burgers, the food we tried was disappointing, particularly at the Great Blue Heron Grill. While there is another onsite venue that functions more as a bar, we did not dine there...
