I have been to 100+ sushi places all over the world. While this is not necessarily fine dining or 5 star luxury sushi like Nobu, Ttowa Sushi provides the same level of freshness in their sashimi especially their salmon sashimi and salmon chirashi. I highly recommend!!
Had lunch on a Saturday, second time dining at Ttowa. Wife had the Poke Bowl and I had the Beef Pho. Both were excellent. The Poke Bowl was over the top. Loaded with very fresh seafood, seaweed etc. Highly recommend visiting Ttowa. The starter Miso was delicious. I will be back very soon. Staff was friendly and the sushi chef stopped by to say hello, nice touch.
Everything we've had has been absolutely delicious, but we especially enjoy the sushi and the pho. (I was hesitant about getting pho at a Japanese restaurant, but color me impressed — 10/10 would recommend!) They have delicious apps and their miso heals the soul. The owner and his son are so generous and kind, we love visiting our friends at Ttowa!
