We just paid more than $27 for a 3 piece chicken strip with fries bisquit, and rootbeer, and a 3 piece fried chicken, fries, biscuit, and root beer float. All of the fries and chicken strips were cold. They didn't ask if we wanted sauce for the strips, and we forgot to ask for it, so no sauce and nothing for the dry biscuits. So discouraging!!
Order online, pay and then arrive at kfc only to be told that out of stock.............how is it safeway can fill a chicken order of anyking immediatly? Still can't get refund from kfc bonney lake nor from corp.
tried to call 6 times to place a pickup order. finally some female answered and refused to let me speak to a manager. claimed to be having phone troubles. I told her I doubt that cause I heard ppl in the background each time. someone just refused to actually talk on the phone.
wont spend my money there anymore.
