I don’t know if the fryer temp was off or if the cook was in a rush but my mozzarella sticks was still a whole block of cheese. There was zero melt/cheese pull. Fries extremely soggy as well. Cheese steak was good but nothing special. Wanted to try something new and prob won’t be back.

My caregiver went to order 820 piece boneless wings with fries what else 14.00 and 99 cents when she got to the store they told her they were out of the wings they charged her card and we've been trying to call the store for 2 days now to get her refund since she never got the product they don't even answer the voicemails we left several voicemails there as well stay away from the store

Went to pick up a Mobile Order and I waited 30 minutes for my order and there was no line or orders on the screen. When I got home they gave all Buffalo wings when I ordered lemon pepper and they forgot our fries and ranch sides that we had to pay for separately. The 3 kids working were nice but they were blaring music in the kitchen. For the price of the food I wish I got my order correct. Highly recommend not going to this Charley’s.

Ordered Phillies steak sandwich was made with a descent amount of steak and other toppings was deliciously prepared and also ordered the peach strawberry lemonade which is two toppings mix is how i like it prepared what I didn't like was now they are charging a dollar just to add a second topping to your drink which is not even a descent amount to be charged that much should be more like .25 cents or .50 cents, but a dollar really come on. Do better.

The food is delicious, the rolls are soft, the protein very flavorful. I got the regular Philly (good size for what you pay) and my wife got the Buffalo, wow!! Of course I tried hers it looked great and tasted even better. The fries are also some of the best, we had a strawberry lemons which was good to wash all the good food down.

The cashier and her coworker were too busy looking at my man and i, that when they brought us our drinks they didn’t give us any straws & didn’t even put them in the bag. The lemonade was TOO SWEET swear it almost gave me diabetes! They too busy caring about looks and not food also being on their phones for how much they charge it’s ridiculous.

Came in and ordered 12 boneless Lemon Pepper wings which had become my regular order from different locations here in Phoenix area. Waited 10-15 mins (closer to 15) for my order and this girl brings me out wings with 0 flavor and on top of that looked and tasted like they had been sitting somewhere for part of the day… these here pictured are my re-made “fresh” wings which as you can see look like they had re-dropped into oil again which I waited patiently for for another while. Definitely should not be looking or tasting like they just fried some wings for a second time, still did not have a trace of lemon pepper flavor and they included a nice little pool of oil in the package.
First and last time ordering here. Entire order was wrong or something missing. Food tasted old and dry and had to be discarded. For as much as they charge, this is not at all what I expected to receive. Absolutely NO care was put into this order whatsoever.

Me and boyfriend put a mobile online order for pick up. We had each ordered a meal and both upgraded our drinks for shakes. Upon arriving they said they did not have the shake in the flavor we ordered they only had vanilla or peach. We asked them if they can just give us regular drinks instead and just refund the difference and they said no because the order was already in. Food was not even enjoyable we ordered takeout and we are only 5 mins away from the location and by the time we got home food was cold. Horrible first time experience.
