I do not know if this is their issue or Postmates but I am pissed. I canceled an order within 2 min of placing it on Postmates. $42.58…. I waited a few days- no refund. So I contacted Postmates. They claim this restaurant “already started making our food” and that it was thrown away, and I won’t get a refund.
