The product is fine. However, my 14 year old went in by herself today. She ordered a couple things which came to around $15. She only had a $20. The employee told her they only accept exact change. Not really knowing any better she gave them the whole thing and the employee took it as a "tip". I'm appalled that she was taken advantage of. I'm currently awaiting a response to my complaint. This is really shady and unacceptable.

Bobas tasted awful, they didn't seem mixed properly. We threw them out...

I thought some of the lemon drinks had an odd taste to it but generally good, i like their taro and strawberry drinks, and their bubble waffles come in one complete piece unlike some other locations ?

The music is so loud in this place you have almost yell out your order and repeat yourself a few times. And then they look at you funny cause you'r yelling. ???? The smoothie I purchased for my daughter had GIANT chunks of Ice in it. For 8$

Wanted to try something new today, and this place had an absolute delicious looking menu! I got the strawberry shortcake smoothie with added pudding, and when I tell you it was heaven in a drink. Not too sweet, absolutely yummy, and the pudding was the perfect way to finish it off. My husband got an ube drink with taro balls. It was pretty good! It’s definitely only mildly sweet, and ube is a unique taste if you aren’t used to it. It was about 8 dollars for each drink. For the price and the yumminess, I plan on coming back for an occasional treat! Super worth it.

Parking: Located just across the way from Costco in a nice area with great businesses

It always makes me a little nervous when a restaurant is labeled just "okay" on their little posted inspection sign.
We popped in here because we were visiting the chiropractor next door so that is convenient but the parking here sucks. You almost have to park in the lot across the street.
The setup is odd because where you line up to order/pay is where they have the garbage cans so when we were done, you have to go around people. It would have been better if they put it on the back wall.
It is pretty small inside so you couldn't have it very big group here. There is also a small table and chairs outside but the cement is so reflective that it is pretty hard on the eyes.
The puffle was VERY good though they gave us the wrong dip. I wish they had more selections for dips beyond the creams. A similar place we have been to that sold puffles had mango which was delicious. This is a small thing but I wish they didn't print out the order directly on the front of the puffle packaging. It's kind of like when you go to Starbucks and there are so many people they don't know who ordered what.
They don't have very good descriptions of what the items are, so it's worth it popping onto your phone so you can see the menu better with pictures. For example, I didn't realize my drink had boba which isn't my favorite. Also my son's melon lemonade was really sour and had a slightly odd taste to it that we dumped it out when we got home. Next time we are going to do more research ahead of time before ordering.

Drinks were very good and definitely worth getting. However, the employee who made them kept touching her hair and swiping her pigtails out of the way as she was making them making the process unsanitary. I don’t think she realized she was doing it. Everything else is fantastic though and she was doing fantastic at wiping the store down and keeping everything clean.

Love their milk tea ❤️ The best in town!

Customer service was great. Kind of a new “fun to try” menu and this was our first time there. Had a lemony melon type drink, and one of the bubble waffles which is really good with the dipping sauce. Walked in just before closing, but they still made us feel welcome and explained the menu. Fun place to try and we will definitely go back to try new things on the menu.

Parking: Easy access and plenty of parking. Next to the new Costco.

Kid-friendliness: tables and chairs inside and outside for the family.

Wheelchair accessibility: Modern new construction interior and sidewalk in parking lot with wheelchair accessibility.

I order classic milk tea with tapioca pearls and they forgot it but the milk tea was good. And the last time I went there it was also good.

very bad service, I ordered a mango drink, they made me mango matcha, I said it was not my order, but the saleswoman said that my daughter who was standing on the side said it, why is she not listening to me? I am the main one who pays and makes orders. and they refused to recycle the drinks, I no longer have the desire to go to an establishment where they do not listen well to the wishes of the client, and I also have 5 children and I used to go there often, but I don't want to do it anymore. I paid $70 today and threw the drinks in the trash.
