Saw the unfortunate side of humanity tonight at this wonderful establishment. It was a busy night, obviously tons of online orders coming in, and wait times reflected this. It’s damn good food, what can you expect on a Thursday evening when a lot of folks are opting for restaurants/take out rather than cooking at home. The employees were working tirelessly, hard and fast, not one of them taking a second to breathe, to keep cranking out orders. And being incredibly kind...
They took my order quickly when I arrived. I only waited 5 minutes for my two orders of teriyaki and stemed vegetables ready for me to take home. Thank you for the amazing service and delicious food!
I adore Ichi! They are fast with great quality food. I ended going yesterday for Won Ton Soup because I had teeth surgery and can only have soft foods for a couple days. The cooks and service was timely and kind. The food was perfect, just what I needed for a sore healing mouth. I fully recommend the food! Katsu Chicken and the Teriyaki chicken is bomb too!
